Education is affected because we need to distance our self to others so that the virus will not spread.All of us needs to stay at home and stay safe. Mostly affected is those who don’t have the technology for online classes such as computers, cellphones and most important is the internet, it affects them because instead of buying load or going to computer shops will make their lives in danger, they need hygiene and food so instead of buying load they can use they money to by foods and proper hygiene because some parents can’t make money so they needed foods rather than education. The government should scan for all families who is having a hard time during this crisis and help them as soon as possible before it gets worse. We can use technologies in order to teach and also learn having the internet we can connect with each other, so we can use these technologies in education like sending modules and activities, online classes, but still some area are dead spots they don’t have signals on their devices they need to go far in order to have signal but that won’t be necessary because of the quarantine.
Classroom Management
How to deal with angry students reflection.
For me if i encountered an angry student punishing them or being angry with them will not help at all because it might get worst. First of all wait for the child to calm down, don’t take their words personally because all the words they says is come from anger. Have a private conversation instead of having a conversation inside the classroom so that they can say freely what he want to say or what problems they dealing with. Ask them what their problem is how can you help them and if they can’t say it you can ask them to write it down instead. If you know that you can engage to them tap them on their shoulders because it might help them to calm down. Give them time and a good place to cool down, reach to the student because some students distrust teachers.
My mission in teaching
My mission in teaching is to give them equal knowledge and teach them what do they want to learn and what they need to learn so that they can used it for their next school life and while learning i want them to enjoy so that they will not feel pressured i want all of them to passed and no one will stay behind.

21st Century Teachers
First of all 21st century teachers must know technology, because of the developing technology there are some technologies used not only for teaching but to communicate and to know well their students. Try new ways in teaching such as teaching using the internet, social media, etc. And a 21st century teaching must keep learning because of what I’ve said before technology is developing, the teacher must be ready to learn about the trends and new technology so that they will be able to use and apply it to their teaching.

My own Philosophy in Teaching
Essentialism
I choose Essentialism as my philosophy in teaching because nowadays there are many student who passed elementary education without the ability to read so if i’m already on the field i will determine my students who needed help with their reading and i will give my best to teach them so that it will help them in their future school life because i believe that if a student cannot read he/she can’t learn.
